1. Add any services and add ons to your cart. 

2. Choose the local Charleston option for free shipping and add your Charleston accommodation address. We will deliver everything to your accommodation and set it up on the day of your arrival.

3. Proceed to checkout.

After check out, a team member will set up a call with you to customize your theme and colors.

We will send you a mood board to approve before we start preparing your decor.

For custom items we need 30 days notice to ensure your products are ready for your event.

If you would like us to decorate before you arrive please send us your hosts information and we will find out if we can get access earlier. Most groups drop their bags and then head out for a drink while we decorate so it is a nice surprise for the return.

We will also remove the decor from your accommodation before your check out time. Please send us your check out time and allow for 1 hour of pack up time prior to your check out.
